Guidelines
Posters
Posters should be printed in portrait format and should not exceed 120 cm x 90 cm (or 47" x 35").
Authors will be responsible for setting up and removing their posters. The conference staff will provide the necessary adhesive materials.
Authors are expected to attend the poster sessions, in accordance with the conference programme, to discuss their work with interested participants.
Oral Presentations
Standard presentations should not exceed 10 minutes and keynote presentations should be no longer than 30 minutes.
We remind authors that oral presentations should be delivered in English or, alternatively, in Portuguese with slides translated into English.
To ensure a smooth transition between talks, we kindly ask authors to send their presentations via email the day before (mediterraneanconference2018@gmail.com).
Presentations will be held in Microsoft Powerpoint on a PC running Windows. Please make sure to prepare your presentation in a compatible format and avoid using personal laptops, tablets or other portable devices.
